2. Processing & 24-Hour Lifecycle
Audio recordings uploaded to SnapTranscript are processed solely to return transcription text. All files uploaded to our cloud storage are permanently deleted within 24 hours via automated bucket lifecycle rules. Audio data is never used to train third-party foundation models.
3. Payment Information
Payments are handled directly by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. SnapTranscript never receives or stores your credit card numbers. If provided, your email address is used solely to deliver the 24-hour recovery link and Stripe receipt.
4. Analytics
We collect anonymous, cookieless telemetry via PostHog EU (hosted within the European Union) to analyze funnel metrics and error rates.
