2. Service Description & Pricing

SnapTranscript provides automated, pay-as-you-go speech-to-text processing. Users receive a free 3-minute preview. Unlocking full transcripts requires payment at the posted per-minute rate with a €1.00 minimum transaction floor. No account or subscription is created.

3. Immediate Performance & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

Notice under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU): By clicking "Unlock Now" and initiating payment, you expressly consent to immediate digital performance of the transcription service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once digital processing has begun.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded audio files and generated transcripts are stored on encrypted servers and automatically purged after 24 hours. Transcripts are also saved to your local browser storage for 24 hours.
